FAQs

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Can I bring my own socks?

Guests must use Flip Out grip socks when bouncing. Flip Out grip socks can be purchased online or in park for £3.

Is there parking?

Yes, please use purple parking in Festival Place.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and to watch our safety briefing.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.
