FAQs

Is there parking?

We do not have on-site parking, however, there is a small retail park opposite - charges apply.

Do you have lockers?

Yes. Standard lockers are £2 and large lockers are £4. Our lockers accept card payments only.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Where are you located?

We're located on Staples Corner Retail Park.

A couple weeks ago we celebrated my child’s birthday at Flip Out and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this service if you want a stress free party for your kids!
