FAQs

Can I bring my own socks?

Guests must use Flip Out grip socks when bouncing, you will find these included in some of our packages, or you can buy them online/instore

Is there parking?

Yes, we have plenty of on-site parking available.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

What should I wear?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

Can I come and just watch?

You sure can. We have spectator tickets available for £1

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Where are you located?

You can find us on Chelston Business Park, just 6 minutes from Junction 26 of the M5
