Join us in our fitness studio for this whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body Conditioning classes can help you on your way to get in great shape and feel great about your body. Combining a mixture of aerobics and toning these workouts are high energy and high impact! Our classes are suitable for all abilities and consist of just 12 participants in each class. You must be over the age of 14 to participate. Book your slot online today!
