FAQs

Is there parking?

We are located in the Lakeside Shopping Centre. The car park closest to us is Marks and Spencer Multi Storey Car Park D which has 10,000 spaces. Our closest train station is Chafford Hundred.

What time should I arrive?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and to watch our safety briefing.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Where are you located?

You can find us in the Quay at Lakeside Shopping Centre, opposite Marks and Spencer’s food hall.

We spent my son's 6th birthday at Flip out Lakeside and we had the best time. They bounced to their hearts content, we look forward to returning.
