FAQs

Is there parking?

>We are located in Lakeside Shopping Centre, we reccomend using multi storey Car Park 10! We are also located right next to the Lakeside main bus terminal and Chafford Hundred Train station.

What time should I arrive?

>All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and to watch our safety briefing.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

>We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Where are you located?

>You can find us in the Quay at Lakeside shopping centre.
