Carers or Special needs

Any one with any special needs that require a carer will need to provide an ACCESS CARD which will allow 1 Free carer age 18+
Please book 1 ticket online and call 01772802055 or email [email protected] to reserve a place for the carer. ( This is due to limited availability on the arena). On arrival you will be asked to provide a ACCESS CARD.

All jumpers will need Flip Out socks and waivers completed.

Please note on ALL our standard sessions (except autism/disability friendly) you will be required to watch the video and we cannot allow entry earlier than the session time.

We do offer our Autism/Disability friendly session Every other Thursday at 5.00pm where the Risk assessment is tailored to the session. Our staff are not medically trained to assess disabilities and we have a ZERO tolerance policy.
