In order to use our equipment, you need to be in good physical condition without any medical conditions that may increase your likelihood to causing you injury or for you being involved in an accident. We also require that all customers using our facilities consider their medical condition.

Customers with Special Needs
We aim to offer a safe, fun, inclusive experience for all our customers. However, for certain customers with special needs, there may be restrictions regarding the use of certain types of equipment. This is to protect you from possible injury. All our adventure parks are equipped with disabled access and disabled lavatory facilities. Carers for people with special needs are always welcome. To help ensure you have the best possible experience, our team will be available to assist you in any way they can.
Customers with Epilepsy
Customers who have epilepsy, which is controlled, are welcome to use our facilities.
Customers who have epilepsy which is uncontrolled should consider the following:
Flashing lights might be used in some of our sessions and this might affect some people with epilepsy. Customers with uncontrolled epilepsy will be asked to obtain their GP's approval for participation taking into account the following:
