FAQS

Got a Question?

Make sure you're all set and ready to Flip Out before you arrive:

Do you have trampolines?

No, but we do have a whole host of other exciting activities for you to enjoy including Interactive Football, Bumper Cars, Roller Skating, Battle Cannon Arena, Soft Play and much more!

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?

Flip Out is suitable for all ages! Some of our attractions do have height/age restrictions though. Please check the 'Attractions' page prior to visiting.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. Some of our attractions require socks to be worn so please ensure to bring a pair with you. Other attractions require closed toe shoes (no sliders or sandals).

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We're located in Clayton Square Shopping Centre in Liverpool.

How does it work?

That's easy! Your session wristband gives you access to use all of our attractions - they're all included in your ticket price.

Do you have parking?

We don't have on-site parking but there are multiple car parks close by including St Johns Shopping Centre.

Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot for you in your local arena, although our arenas are huge, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

How much does it cost?

Sessions start from as little as £5.50

HOW LONG BEFORE MY SESSION STARTS DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

All guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

CAN I JUST COME AND WATCH?

Yes. Off-peak spectator tickets are free and peak spectator tickets are £2 which is redeemable in The Diner.

How do I get there?

By bus: We’re ideally situated less than 10 minute walk from Queen’s Square Bus Station. By train: Clayton Square sits directly opposite Liverpool Central Train Station, which is a station well connected to the rest of the UK. Virgin Trains provide a fast service from London Euston, which takes 2 hours 11 minutes. The Northern Line, which stops at Central Station, brings people from John Lennon Airport, and Liverpool Lime Street Station is just a 2-minute walk away, too.
