FAQs

Do you have trampolines?

>Yes, we do! Plus 6 other jaw dropping attractions!

Do I need to book in advance?

>No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot. Although our arena is huge and filled with wall to wall trampolines, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible.

Can I bring my own socks?

>Guests must use Flip Out grip socks when bouncing. Flip Out grip socks can be purchased online or in park for £3.50

How old do you have to be?

>Flip Out is suitable for all ages! Some of our attractions do have height/age restrictions though. Please check the 'Attractions' page prior to visiting.

What time should I arrive?

>All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

What should I wear?

>You need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to bounce without a pair!

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

>For insurance purposes, every guest must have a completed and signed waiver. If you are between 12-18 years old your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park.

For a children's group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

>We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Can I come and just watch?

>Yes. Spectator tickets are £3.50 and can be redeemed for one free drink in the diner.

Is there a maximum weight limit?

>Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

>You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund*. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.

Is it safe?

>Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do's and don'ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.
