FAQS

Got a Question?

Make sure you're all set and ready to Flip Out before you arrive:

HOW DOES IT WORK?

That's easy! Your session wristband gives you access to all of our attractions -- they're all included in your ticket price.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Plenty of parking is available at Atria Watford Car Parks.
The most convenient ones are Kings Car Park and Queens Car Park, but any car park around the shopping centre provides quick access to Flip Out Watford.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY SESSION STARTS DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

To Flip Out you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. Be aware that you'll need to be wearing closed toe shoes to use some of our attractions.

Do you accept cash payments?

No, we are a cashless venue. We only accept card or contactless payments for all bookings, food, and drinks.

Do I need to wear special socks?

Yes, wearing Flip Out grip socks is compulsory when using the arena.
Anyone wearing other socks will be refused entry and directed to reception to purchase official Flip Out grip socks.

Do I need to purchase a ticket as an adult if I'm not taking part in any activities?

Yes. This is classed as a Spectator Ticket, and it is compulsory to purchase one to enter the arena with your child -- this is not optional.
However, the value of your spectator ticket can be redeemed in the diner in exchange for food or drink.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, walk-in bookings are accepted subject to availability, but we recommend booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to wear my wristband at all times?

Yes, it is compulsory to wear your wristband for the duration of your session.
If you are found inside the arena without a wristband, you will be asked to leave immediately.

Do I have to watch my kids or will staff supervise them?

Flip Out staff do not supervise children or anyone with special needs at any time.
A parent, guardian, or carer must complete the waiver and accept full responsibility for the supervision and safety of children or anyone in their care during the visit.

Do I have to queue for activities?

Yes. During busy periods, queuing may be required for some attractions.
Queue jumping or holding places -- even for your own child -- is not allowed.

Can I bring my own food or birthday cake?

Strictly no outside food or drink is allowed -- including birthday cakes.
This rule only excludes pre-booked parties that include a private party room

Do you offer group, family or exclusive hire discounts?

Yes. We offer Family Passes, group discounts, and private venue hires.
Visit our website or email [email protected] for details.

When is the best time to visit if I want it quieter?

Understandably, weekdays are generally quieter than weekends.
