Guest Notice

Grip Socks Reminder:
Adults attending birthday parties as guests or guardians are kindly reminded to bring the Flip Out grip socks if they have one, as we do not allow other branded grip socks and we don't provide flip out grip socks for adults under the same party package. If you do not have the suitable socks, you will be able to purchase them from the reception for a small cost to take them with you for your next visit. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe bouncing environment!

Themed Party Rooms:
If you're booking a themed party room, please let us know in advance whether your preference is more suitable for boys, girls, or a neutral theme. This helps us create the perfect party atmosphere for your child and guests.

Waivers:
All waivers must be completed by adults before arriving at the venue. Please note that Flip Out Croydon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete waivers or late arrivals.

Birthday Cakes:
Due to food safety regulations, we're unable to store any external cakes in our fridges. Please speak to your party host about the arrangement for cake storage if you want further information. We appreciate your understanding.

Cake Cutting Timing:
We kindly ask that cakes be cut before food is served. This gives our team time to cut and pack the cake for you efficiently and stress-free.

Party Room Timings:
To keep our party schedule running smoothly for all guests, please ensure that party rooms are vacated on time. You will be assisted by the party host throughout the party period with a reminder provision on your party booking duration. We appreciate your cooperation!

Post-Meal Play Safety:
For health and safety reasons, children and adults should take caution if returning to play after having their food served as a part of their party booking. Physical activity immediately after eating can lead to illness, so this is a notification of caution to keep everyone safe. We appreciate your kind understanding!
